This session will discuss the stages of dementia with emphasis on Late Stage and end of life. We will discuss the type of care involved in late stages and how to utilize outside help. Many people don’t realize that hospice care is available to those with dementia. We will explore the role of hospice and palliative care in the dementia journey.
