If we want to life a long and healthy life, we have to make better choices. Those choices include getting quality sleep and lots of physical activity. But sleeping isn’t easy for many people, and most of us are way too sedentary. This session will look at why and how sleep and exercise affect your brain and encourage you to make some changes that can improve your outlook, your health, and your cognition.
